First get firefox. [link]
Then get Stylish. [link]
Get the IE8FF Theme for Firefox. [link]
Go to this [link] and click "Install in Stylish" and save and the them and images will load into firefox. (Or you could download the file if userstyles.org is down)

It's for XP users mainly or for these who can't use aero on windows. :) so yeah, it's more of a basic style. :) glasser goes great with this theme: [link] if you want a Windows 7ish like style.

Yes it makes extensions/themes compatible, but it doesn't display the theme it correctly in FF3.1b2.
